Quality standards for forwarding tube, bends and collars made of PVC-U
DIN 6660:2023-11 Pneumatic tube systems - Conveyor tube, conveyor tube bend and sleeves for pneumatic tube lines of unplasticized polyvinylchloride (PVC-U) has been amended. In addition to a general update, extensive quality tests have been included in the standard.
Our production in the infrastructure sector is continuously monitored and tested by an independent testing institute, the Süddeutsches Kunststoff-Zentrum ("SKZ"). We have also had compliance with DIN 6660 tested and fully confirmed by the SKZ. This - once again emphasises our commitment to the highest quality and reliability.
Update of the building material classification according to EN 13501
We have succesfully retested the building material classification of our PVC PTS pipe systems and therefore comply with the latest version of EN 13501.
The classification system defines uniform requirements for fire behaviour throughout Europe. Our result shows the excellent building material classification of our PVC PTS pipe systems in:
