Technician (m/f/d) in the field of plastics processing

YOUR TASKS:

• Manufacturing and production engineering in the field of plastic molded parts production

• Technical documentation / technical drawings for products and project inquiries in close cooperation with production management and the sales team.

• Design of 3D CAD models in the areas of toolmaking, molding technology, CNC milled parts and machining technology

• Programming of CNC machines

• Project work in the area of special machine and tool construction

• Ongoing optimization of production processes

• Qualitymanagement

• Quality controls and approval processes in production to ensure compliance with all international standards and specifications

• Complaints management

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed training (or studies) in the field of plastics technology, machining technology, mechanical engineering or a comparable technical discipline

• Experience in manufacturing and production processes

• Experience in quality assurance and the implementation of production controls

• Knowledge of 3D CAD design (desirable)

• Experience in CNC programming and practical knowledge of CNC and PLC machines

• Confident handling of technical drawings and documentation processes

• Problem-solving approach, ability to work in a team and a high degree of initiative
