Commercial employee dispatch processing

In order to continue to fulfil our high service standards, we are looking for a new team member as soon as possible.

YOUR TASKS:

• Coordination of delivery dates and ensuring smooth logistics

• Scheduling and organising shipments worldwide by land, sea and air

• Preparation of export and shipping documents, including monitoring of customs regulations

• Processing and managing international transport orders

• Determination and calculation of freight costs and freight space

• Co-operation with interfaces within the company (sales, production, warehouse)

• Communication with customers and haulage companies

YOUR PFOFIL:

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training, preferably as a forwarding / industrial or wholesale and foreign trade merchant (m/f/d)

• Ideally initial experience in the field of dispatch processing, as well as knowledge of customs and foreign trade law

• Ability to work in a team as well as an independent and systematic way of working

• Fluent written and spoken German and good English skills desirable
