Working in the warehouse

For us, warehouse means service. A decisive factor, which is why we are regarded by our customers as particularly reliable and fast. This only works with a top team and large, modern warehouse logistics.

Our dedicated warehouse team works every day to ensure that our customers receive their orders on time and in the best condition. It takes responsibility for incoming goods, storage, order picking and outgoing goods. Our enormous storage capacity of now 20,000 m², 12,000 m² of which is covered, enables a high availability of our products. We attach great importance to a well-organised and clean warehouse environment. With state-of-the-art warehouse technology and equipment, we ensure efficient workflows. Picking is done individually for each customer according to quantity and product combination and is then packed as required for truck, sea or air freight. The daily tasks are varied and complex and require accuracy, organisational talent and the ability to work in a team. Our well-coordinated team of 11 employees consists of warehouse logistics specialists and warehouse staff. Each team member contributes his or her knowledge and skills and is deployed and promoted according to his or her strengths. You can find the details of the individual positions in the respective job offers.

Statements from our staff.

" I like the mix of experienced and young people. People help each other out. I especially like that KURO supports you and offers a perspective for the future. During my training here, I did an internship abroad in Norway and an additional qualification from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce. In the meantime, I have even completed my logistics master's degree with the support of KURO.

" If you're new, you get the time and freedom you need to get into it. It's fun to learn about all the processes. KURO is more complex than the companies I worked for before. The tasks are multifaceted, but that's what makes it fun - always finding the best solution for the packaging and working together,

" I just like it here. Because the team is so great and the work is fun. And my wife also says I'm in a good mood again since I've been at KURO. People trust me. And if something does go wrong, we work together to fix it. I'm proud to be part of the team and to help the company grow, because we still have a lot to do!
