Extruding

On our extrusion lines, we produce PVC-U tubes with a diameter range of 50-200 mm. Close to our customer's needs, our experienced machine operators enable a quick change between the different tube dimensions, lengths and colors. The result is extremely short response times, perfectly matched delivery times and exactly the product the project is asking for.

Production process

The twin screw extruders have ultrasonic measurement for precise diameter and wall thickness. For the follow-on machines, we individually address length, inner & outer bevel, labeling and socket system.

Logistics

The tubes or blanks can be packed individually in cartons, wooden frame crates or own logistics solutions. A warehouse area of 10.000 sqm and an outdoor storage area of 15.000 sqm are available.
